First Aid Courses
Any club wishing to put one of their officials/volunteers on the Hampshire FA First aid course to give you additional medical coverage at your matches, the league are willing to reimburse the cost (£25) once your representative has completed it.
A list of current courses and their venues in Portsmouth/Totton/Basingstoke can be found on the Hampshire FA website.
If any of your volunteers have completed the course since 1st August 2016, or are already booked on any of the upcoming full up courses, please send proof the course has been successfully completed to the league secretary, and we will arrange to reimburse you the cost of the course.
Division 1 Clubs looking for promotion to the Senior Division
A reminder to any Division 1 club seeking to apply for promotion that your application must be received by the secretary by 31st January.
Payments to the League
Clubs are encouraged to make any payment to the league by BACS transfer and if necessary amend their bank account in order to do so for the start of the 2017-18 season.
Details of the league’s bank account to make a bank transfer can be found on the relevant invoice/fine notice.
In the meantime, can clubs please ensure all cheque payments are sent directly to the treasurer Peter Sowton with a note of what the payment is for, rather than sent to any other league official.

If you have any issue or require advice on any football matter, don't forget there are 2 club reps Don Campbell from QK Southampton and Stuart Wallis from Clanfield who can bring any issue up on your behalf at the monthly committee meetings.

Unfortunately the cost of replacing the Mitre balls has become prohibitive, and whilst we work to find a new ball supplier for next season, for the remainder of the season if your club needs to we are happy to allow the use of a Nike "Premier" football this season. If your club would like some, please speak to Jim Garcia at Paulsgrove FC (email@example.com) who can point you to suppliers who can supply them at a reasonable cost.
Fines for Failing to Notify The Fixture Secretary of your Result
To avoid an unnecessary fine, text Derek on 07557 857568 within 45 minutes of the final whistle details of your result. Senior Division clubs are also required to give details of the goal scorers and minute goal scored in, whilst Division 1 clubs and Combination Division sides are encouraged to do so.
Referee Report Forms
A reminder to all clubs that you must give the referee a copy of the referee report form. For those that no longer have the pads given to clubs at the AGM, If you require a blank copy, to print out, please contact the league secretary.
Referees – please remember to return this to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after the game.
Please remind your teams not to throw any old sock tape, drink bottles in the bin, rather than simply dropping them on the floor. Please also refrain from using the showers to wash boots and subsequently blocking up the showers and drains. You wouldn’t do it at home, so please treat the changing rooms the changing rooms and your opponents volunteers with the respect they deserve.
